Title: Impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning supported Mammography Reporting on Radiologist Reporting Turn Around Times

Dear Dr. Raj:

We are pleased to inform you that your scientific abstract submission has been accepted for presentation as an oral paper at the 106th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), November 29 – December 5. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, RSNA 2020 has transitioned to a virtual-only meeting for the health and safety of attendees, presenters, exhibitors, contractors, and staff.

To ensure attendees have the best possible user experience, we have made some changes to our program formats.

Your abstract has been selected to be presented in our On-Demand section of the virtual meeting (pre-recorded sessions available the entire duration of the meeting). New this year, based on attendee feedback for shorter consumable content, we will be hosting several sessions that will have shorter presentations. Your abstract has been selected for this feature. Your presentation time will be 3 minutes. There will be no Q&A time for your presentation. Your abstract will be available through on-demand until the end of April 2021.

Further information on submitting your recorded presentation will be sent to you in mid-September.

Changes to the author/presenter information can be made up to August 21. After that date, only presenter changes can be made for the online program (email programs@rsna.org). To view or print a copy of the original abstract submission, please return to your ‘Welcome’ screen (home), and click the View icon, then the Print icon.

Important Notice: If the abstract listed above is accepted to be presented elsewhere prior to the RSNA Annual Meeting, it is no longer eligible and must be withdrawn unless you have already received prior approval. Please contact the RSNA Program Services Department (programs@rsna.org) immediately to discuss this matter. The RSNA Policy on Previously Presented or Published Abstracts requires that all scientific abstracts scheduled for presentation at its annual scientific assembly be original work, not previously presented at other national or international radiological society meetings.

Intellectual Property Notice: Reported misuse of intellectual property persists. Your decision to include borrowed materials (text, images, graphs, charts, etc) in your exhibit may fall within ‘fair use’ for educational purposes. However, such materials should never be presented as if they are your own. You must assure that sources of borrowed material are clearly labeled in your presentation, including full citations for any copyrighted material. It is also best practice to inform and/or seek the permission of the original creator of non-copyrighted content before using it in your lecture. When content seems to lack proper attribution, you may be asked by the RSNA to provide an explanation for including the material without proper acknowledgement in your exhibit.

License Agreement Notice: In submitting his or her [scientific abstract/education exhibit] (hereafter the “content”) to the RSNA for possible presentation at RSNA 2020, the author retains copyright to the content and agrees to give RSNA a limited, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to present the content on the RSNA website and in its educational programs, and to archive the content for maintenance of the scientific record. RSNA agrees not to sublicense the content to a third party.

Registration: Registration for our virtual meeting is the responsibility of the individual presenter. Please register for RSNA 2020 online at RSNA.org/register (no fee for presenters).

Authors are encouraged to submit the original paper resulting from their scientific paper presented at the RSNA meeting to Radiology Manuscript Central or Medical Physics. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Scientific Program Committee, thank you for your valuable contribution and continued support of the RSNA.

Sincerely,

Zhen J. Wang, MD
